Spring hinge damper - 3,3 - 4,1 Ncm

- 1,000 cycles at +85 °C
- 1,000 cycles at -30 °C
One cycle = 1,1 turns forward and 1,1 turns backward,
so the rotor is released back to assembly conditions, given 3 second breaks between each change of direction at 20 rpm.
