Lineardamper with free-run

A damper delays and harmonizes mechanical motions.
It is advisable to consider a damper at the beginning of your product development (any subsequent consideration is linked to great efforts).
Durability characteristics
- 15,000 cycles at room temperature
- 2,000 cycles at -30 °C
- 3,000 cycles at +85 °C
- 4,000 cycles at +55 °C and 92% relative humidity
One cycle = 3 complete turns forward and 3 complete turns backward, given 3 second breaks between each change of direction at 80 rpm.
- Housing ultra-sonic welded.
- Linear damper with 150 mm gear rack available on sepcial request.
